摘　　要：随着技术的发展,5G技术,物联网技术,大数据技术在工业领域的应用愈加广泛,深刻地改变了污水处理SCADA系统(以下简称SCADA系统)的网络安全形势,以前SCADA系统独立运行,基本与外部隔离,不像IT系统那样面对着严峻的网络安全问题,但随着IT与SCADA系统的逐渐融合,在为企业带来更快速,更高效的决策能力,为企业柔性生产带来可能的同时,也使SCADA系统直面IT系统所面临的各种网络安全威胁。SCADA系统的自身特点决定了IT系统使用的网络安全解决方案不能一成不变地应用于SCADA系统。该文分析了目前SCADA系统的现状,简要介绍了SCADA系统的物理结构和功能特点,并在此基础上分析了SCADA系统所面临的安全威胁,最后,提出了网络安全的应对措施,希望能使工控领域从业人员有所启发,做好网络安全的防御工作。With the development of technology,5 G,the Internet of things,big data more widely applied in the field of industrial,profoundly changed the wastewater treatment SCADA system(hereinafter referred to as the SCADA system)state of network security,SCADA system operate independently before,unlike IT systems,which face the grim problem of network security,but with gradual integration of IT and SCADA system,to bring enterprise with more quickly,more efficient decision-making ability,bring enterprise with flexible production,at the same time,also make the SCADA system facing all kinds of network security threats which IT system faces.The characteristics of SCADA system determine that the network security solution used by IT system cannot be immutably applied to SCADA system.This paper analyzes the current situation of SCADA system,briefly introduces the physical structure and functional characteristics of SCADA system,and on this basis,analyzes the security threats SCADA system is facing,finally,puts forward the network security countermeasures,hoping to enlighten the industrial control field practitioners,do a good job of network security defense work.
