摘  要:相控阵雷达微波组件是复杂电子组件的典型代表,具有物料品种多、生产流程长、测试指标多等特点。该文以相控阵雷达微波组件为对象,结合微波组件的生产特点和基础条件,开展了适应复杂电子组件全流程的数据采集技术研究,提出了数据采集的方案,构建了相应的管控模型,实现了基于数据的生产过程管控,并简要介绍了数据驱动的精准排产、质量控制以及故障诊断等应用,提高了生产过程管控的科学性、效率性和敏捷性,满足多品种、变批量、高质量复杂电子组件的生产研制需求。Phased-array radar microwave modules are typical representatives of complicated electronic assemblies,which has the characteristics of having a various kinds of materials,long work flow,and multiple test indexes.This paper takes phased-array radar microwave modules as the object,combining the production characteristics and basic conditions of microwave modules,it carries out the research on data acquisition that adapts to the whole process of complicated electronic assemblies.In this study,it proposes a data acquisition plan,and constructs a corresponding control model to achieve the management of data-based production process.It also briefly introduces applications such as data-driven accurate production scheduling,quality control,and fault diagnosis.In addition,it improves the scientific,efficiency and agility of manufacture process management and meets the needs of production development of complicated electronic assemblies that have multiple varieties,variable batches,and high quality.
