摘  要:研究鞘细菌吸附六价铬离子的性能,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等手段分析了其对铬离子吸附前后菌体特征的变化.结果表明,在20 mL吸附体系中,1 mL菌液(菌体浓度为2 g/L)添加量,30 mg/L的Cr^(6+)初始浓度、初始pH值7,吸附温度35℃,吸附时间180 min,菌体对铬离子的去除率和吸附量分别为83.17%和2.51 mg/g.对鞘细菌吸附铬离子的动力学和吸附等温曲线进行拟合,吸附过程符合二级动力学和Freundlich等温吸附模型.吸附后,菌体形态发生很大的变化,表面有沉淀物;2416.23、1573.63 cm^(-1)处的吸收峰消失了,氨基、羧基及酰胺基等活性基团可能参与了铬离子的吸附.The adsorption of hexavalent chromium ions by sheath bacteria was studied and the changes of bacterial characteristics before and after chromium ion adsorption were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that when the amount of bacterial fluid(2 g/L)was 1 mL,Cr^(6+)initial concentration 30 mg/L,initial pH 7,adsorption temperature 35℃and adsorption time 180 min,the chromium ions removal and adsorption capacity were 83.17%and 2.51 mg/L respectively in 20 mL adsorption system.When the kinetics and isothermal curves of adsorption of chromium ions by sheath bacteria were fitted,adsorption process operated in accordance with the secondary kinetics and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model.After adsorption,the morphology of the bacteria changed greatly,sediment emerged on the surface and absorption peaks at 2416.23,1573.63 cm^(-1)disappeared.Active groups such as amino,carboxyl and amide might be involved in the adsorption of chromium ions.
