摘  要:为了制备节能环保的免底涂剂无有机溶剂排放的预涂膜,生产由聚丙烯/聚丙烯/聚乙烯(PP/PP/PE)三层共挤流延膜,因PP与PE的相容性不好,本研究对其相容性进行改良,以期为生产节能高效、经济环保的预涂膜作出指导.采用流延机制备PP/PP/PE三层共挤流延膜,下表层的聚乙烯分别选用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE),以乙烯-辛烯共聚弹性体(POE)和mLLDPE作为相容剂对共挤膜进行增容改性,对比不同相容剂作用下共挤膜力学性能的差异,研究其增容效果,并对增容后的预涂膜进行性能测试.结果表明,添加10%相容剂时,三种膜的剥离力均最大,增容性最好.In order to prepare energy-saving and environment-friendly primer free precoating film without organic solvent emission,the production of three-layer co-extruded tape casting film of polypropylene/polypropylene/polyethylene(PP/PP/PE)is required.Due to the poor compatibility of PP and PE,the compatibility of PP and PE was improved in this study to provide guidance for the production of energysaving,efficient,economic and environmental protection precoating.The three-layer co-extruded tape casting film of polypropylene/polypropylene/polyethylene(PP/PP/PE)was produced by casting machine,and the polyethylene in the lower surface layer was selected from low-density polyethylene(LDPE),linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)and metallocene linear low density polyethylene(mLLDPE).POE was added to lower surface layer LLDPE,and mLLDPE was added to lower surface layer LLDPE and core layer PP respectively.The mechanical properties of co-extruded films under the action of different compatibilizers were compared,and the melting and crystallization behaviors of the blends were studied.The results showed that when 10%compatibilizer was added,the peeling force of the three films was the largest and the compatibility was the best.When other compatibilizers were added,the compatibilizer also had a certain compatibilization and the tensile properties of the precoated film were also improved.
