摘 要:陕西省作为我国煤炭生产、消费大省,煤炭作为基础能源占省内一次能源消耗的首位.因此,综合评估影响陕西省煤炭资源利用率的各项因素,有利于为区域煤炭综合能耗降低及温室气体减排提供科学依据.文章运用AHP层次分析法,选取能源结构、煤炭生产技术等4个一级指标,吨原煤生产能耗、炼焦工序单位能耗等12个二级指标构建指标体系并依据多位专家打分,构建判断矩阵,计算指标权重.结果表明:煤炭产品转化权重0.378,对于能源利用效率的影响最大.排在其后的三级指标分别是:生产技术权重0.190、煤炭生产权重0.258、能源结构权重0.169,在三级指标中炼焦工序单位能耗、电厂火力发电标准煤耗、吨原煤生产耗电量均对能源资源利用率具有较大贡献.根据研究结果,提出了陕西煤炭行业在未来发展中应加强选煤品质分化,提升煤炭加工转化效率,加快生产技术改良,改善能源消费结构等政策建议.Shaanxi Province is a major province of coal production and consumption in our country,and its utilization rate of coal resources ranks first in the overall energy consumption structure.Therefore,a comprehensive assessment of various factors affecting the utilization rate of coal resources in Shaanxi Province will help provide a scientific basis for the reduction of regional coal's comprehensive energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission.On one hand,AHP analytic hierarchy process is adopted in this paper.On the other hand,4 first-level indicators such as energy structure and coal production technology are selected,and 12 second-level indicators such as energy consumption per ton of raw coal production and unit energy consumption of coking process are chosen in order to construct an indicator system.What's more,according to the scores of multiple experts,a judgment matrix is constructed and the index weights are calculated.The findlings of the research are listed as follows:firstly,coal product processing index which has a significant impact on energy efficiency,accounts for 0.378;secondly,the energy structure index accounts for 0.169;thirdly,the raw coal production index accounts for 0.258;lastly,the production technology index accounts for 0.190,among which the unit energy consumption of the coking process,the standard coal consumption of thermal power generation in power plants,and the electricity consumption per ton of raw coal production have made major contributions.According to the research results,it is proposed that the differentiation of coal preparation quality should be strengthened,the efficiency of coal processing and transformation should be enhanced,the improvement of production technology should be accelerated and the energy consumption structure should be upgraded in the future development of Shaanxi coal industry.
