摘  要:非编码序列在不同物种全基因组中占了很大的比例,在人类基因组中高达98%以上。近年来,越来越多的研究发现,新编码序列不仅参与调控发育、分化、增殖与凋亡等生命活动,而且在疾病的发生发展等过程中也扮演了重要的角色。现对基于蛋白质基因组学发现的新编码序列在疾病中的鉴定及应用进行综述,有望为疾病预测、分型、诊断、治疗、疗效判断及预后的新型生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点研究提供丰富源泉。Non-coding sequences account for a large proportion in whole genome of different species, especially in human genome which is up to 98%. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have shown that novel coding sequences not only participate in life activities, such as the regulation of development, differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis, and so on, but also play a significant role in occurrence and development of diseases. This paper reviewed the discovery and application of novel coding sequences based on proteogenomics in various diseases, which will provide rich resources for researching novel biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets of disease prediction, classification, diagnosis, treatment, curative effect judgment and prognosis.
