摘　　要：化验室由于受到自身属性特征及功能定位的基础影响,在安全角度上相对面临着更大的风险隐患。这就要求必须采取有效措施进一步提升全流程全链条安全把控的总体工作标准。而本着抓住主要矛盾的考虑,从行为安全角度进行切入能够很好地把握住化验室安全管理的核心要义,也能够在很大程度上起到事半功倍的积极成效。这主要是当前化验室普遍呈现出人机结合的基本态势,化验室所涉及工作人员的综合素质及专业素养过硬与否,直接影响到化验室的科学有效及合理有序运行水准,需要通过把控好行为安全进而实现总体安全管理的初始预期目标。Laboratories are faced with greater risks and hidden dangers in terms of safety due to the influence of their attributes and functional orientation.This requires that effective measures must be taken to further enhance the overall work standards for the safety control of the whole process and the whole chain.While taking into consideration the need to seize the main contradictions,from the perspective of behavior safety,we can grasp the core of laboratory safety management,and to a great extent,we can get twice the result with half the effort.This is mainly due to the basic situation of the combination of man and machine in the laboratory at present.The comprehensive quality and professional accomplishment of the staff involved in the laboratory will directly affect the scientific,effective and rational and orderly operation level of the laboratory,the initial desired goal of overall safety management needs to be achieved by controlling behavioral safety.
