摘  要:南海东部勘探向纵深挺进成为油气勘探的趋势。然而南海东部深部古近系地层岩石强度高,研磨性强,造成深部机械钻速低,硬质夹层发育造成钻头寿命短,常规工具起下钻次数多,整体钻井时效低。加之深部煤层、泥页岩层等发育,井眼浸泡时间长,井壁失稳引发的次生工况,更加剧了深部勘探效率,成为制约发展的技术瓶颈。通过复合冲击破岩技术的使用,大幅提高机械钻速和钻头使用寿命,作业周期大大缩短,在后续勘探钻井作业中值得推广应用。With the trend of oil and gas exploration is to go deeper.However,the deep paleogene strata in the eastern South China Sea have high rock strength and strong abrasiveness,resulting in low penetration rate of deep machinery,short bit life due to the development of hard interlayers,many trips of conventional tools and low overall drilling time.In addition,the development of deep coal seams,shale beds,etc.,the long soaking time of the borehole,and the secondary working conditions caused by borehole instability have further intensified the deep exploration efficiency and become the technical bottleneck restricting the development.Through the use of composite impact tools and related technologies,the penetration rate of the machine and the service life of the drill bit are greatly improved,the operation period is greatly shortened,and it is worthy of popularization and application in subsequent exploration and drilling operations.
