摘  要:目前,在国内醋酸生产中,80%的生产企业均采用甲醇低压羰基合成技术,甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸是目前世界上最先进且普遍采用的一种醋酸生产工艺。碘甲烷是醋酸反应中的助催化剂,在合成工序中起关键作用,且价格昂贵,同时在生产过程中会产生富含碘甲烷的尾气,如果操作不当,容易造成碘甲烷从火炬流失,并且火焰颜色呈紫色,行业内称之为"跑碘",这即增加了生产成本又造成环境污染。因此在实际生产中碘甲烷的控制及回收利用十分关键。"跑碘"事故的预防以及控制是醋酸生产企业共同面临的难题,成为装置平稳运行及节能降耗重要的指标之一。At present,80%of the domestic acetic acid production enterprises adopt methanol low pressure carbonyl synthesis technology,methanol low pressure carbonyl synthesis acetic acid is the most advanced and widely used acetic acid production technology in the world.Iodomethane is an auxiliary catalyst in acetic acid reaction,which plays a key role in the synthesis process and is expensive.At the same time,it will produce tail gas rich in iodomethane in the production process.If it is not properly operated,it is easy to cause iodomethane to lose from the torch and the flame color is purple.This increases the production cost and causes environmental pollution.Therefore,the control and return of iodomethane in actual production collection and utilization is very critical.The prevention and control of"running iodine"accident is a common problem faced by acetic acid production enterprises,and has become one of the important indexes of smooth operation of the plant and energy saving and consumption reduction.
