摘　　要：氯化钾在工农业生产中发挥着重要的作用,它不仅是重要的化工原料,还是临床常用的电解质平衡调节药,临床疗效确切广泛用于医疗各界。传统的生成氯化钾设备和工艺成本较高,质量较差。那么如何生产优质的氯化钾提高高纯度的氯化钾结晶是我们面临的主要问题,文章就氯化钾的结晶设备及结晶工艺进行分析探讨,利用新工艺的技术要求来满足氯化钾产品粒度及品质要求。Potassium chloride plays an important role in industrial and agricultural production,it is not only an important chemical raw materials,or clinical commonly used electrolyte balance regulation drugs,and clinical efficacy is widely used in medical treatment from all walks of life.The traditional equipment and process for producing potassium chloride are of high cost and poor quality.So how to produce high quality potassium chloride to improve the purity of potassium chloride crystallization is the main problem we are facing,this paper on potassium chloride crystallization equipment and crystallization process for analysis and discussion,using the technical requirements of the new process to meet the requirements of potassium chloride product size and quality.
