高矿化度矿井水“零排放”处理工程实例

摘　　要：为相应国家的相关环保政策,宁东矿区矿井水及煤化工废水处理利用项目二阶段矿井水通过预处理、膜浓缩、蒸发结晶等处理单元,产水TDS <500达到了初级再生水水质指标,资源化副产品氯化钠品质不低于GB/T 5462—2015 《工业盐》标准中的精制工业盐一级标准要求,硫酸钠品质不低于GB/T 6009—2014 《工业无水硫酸钠》标准中的Ⅰ类一等品标准要求,杂盐外送处置,实现工业废水"零排放"。In accordance with the relevant national environment protection policies,the phase-II mine water and coal chemical wastewater treatment project of Ningdong mining area achieves"zero liquid discharge",which includes many processing units such as pretreatment,membrane concentration,evaporation and crystallization,etc.The production water with TDS<500 fulfills the primary reclaimed water quality criteria.The by-product NaCl and Na2SO4 will be recycled as resource utilization.Quality of NaCl produced achieves the first grade requirements of purified industrial salt according to GB/T 5462—2015“Industrial Salt”.Quality of Na2SO4 produced achieves the first grade requirements according to GB/T 6009—2014“Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate for Industrial Use”.
