摘　　要：通过对LPG外输系统的研究,开展LPG外输作业过程中的风险分析,辨识LPG外输过程中的人员风险、设备风险和管理风险并制定应对措施。在此基础上,对现有LPG外输方案进行优化,提出量化关键参数、编制专项安全检查表等五项优化建议和措施。Through the study of LPG transportation system,carry out the risk analysis in the process of LPG transportation,identify the risk of personnel,equipment and management,and formulate countermeasures.On this basis,the paper optimizes the existing LPG export scheme,puts forward five optimization suggestions and measures,such as quantifying key parameters,compiling special safety check list,et al.
