摘　　要：鸡血藤是广西道地药材,国内资源的匮乏及价格的抬升使大规模人工种植已成趋势。本文结合种植基地建设对种苗的实际需求,集成历年鸡血藤种苗繁育的研究成果,通过试验对其种苗繁育技术予以优化、提升,总结了鸡血藤袋苗直育技术规程。规程根据《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)的要求,对育苗地环境要求、整地、育苗床准备、插穗剪取、插穗处理、扦插、苗期管理、出圃、包装及运输、档案记录等方面进行了规定。Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.is a genuine quality Chinese medicinal drugs in Guangxi.Due to the shortage of domestic resources and the rise in price,S.suberectus tends to be planted on a large scale.In this context propagation of S.suberectus was optimized based on the research results conducted in propagation for many years and the actual need for the planting materials,and according to the requirements of"Good Agricultural Practices for Chinese Medicinal Drugs"cultural practices for propagation of S.suberectus were summed up and standardized,including the environmental requirements,land preparation,bed preparation,cutting of scions,cuttings treatment,cutting,management of cuttings at the nursery,bagged cuttings ready for transplanting,packing and handling,transportation,preparation of records for archives among others.
