摘　　要：目的了解社区空巢老人精神赡养供给现状。方法以区—街道—社区为抽样框架,按照分层—随机—整群抽样方法,采用自行设计的老年人基本情况问卷和老年人精神赡养供给现状问卷,对符合纳入标准的老年人进行统一问卷调查。结果 312名社区空巢老人中,有13.74%的老年人认为自己的精神状态不好,影响精神状态的主要因素是身体不够健康、经济条件不好等;21.15%的社区空巢老人认为子女非常孝顺,与子女主要通过电话、微信视频等方式联系,在交流内容上以生活和工作方面为主,24.27%的子女4-6个月看望老年人1次;社区所提供的的精神赡养服务场所主要是文化广场、棋牌室、健身场所等,其主要服务内容是打牌娱乐、聊天解闷、文体活动等。结论空巢老人的精神赡养问题不容忽视,需老年人自身、子女以及社区等多方协作,构建多主体的供给模式。Objective:To understand the current situation of spiritual support supply for empty-nesters in the community.Methods:Based on the district-subdistrict-community sampling framework and stratified-randomcluster sampling method,the self^designed questionnaires on the basic situation of the elderly and the questionnaires on the status of mental support and supply of the elderly were used to conduct a unified questionnaire survey for the elderly who met the inclusion criteria.Results:Among 312 empty-nesters in the community,13.74%of the elderly thought their mental state was not good,and the main factors affecting their mental state were insufficient health,poor health and economic conditions,etc.21.15%of the empty-nesters in the community thought that their children were very filial,and they contacted with their children mainly through telephone,WeChat videos,etc.,with the communication content mainly about life and work.24.27%of the children visited the elderly once every 4-6 months.The spiritual support services provided by the community were mainly cultural squares,chess and card rooms,fitness places,etc.,and the main service contents were card playing entertainment,chatting and recreational activities,etc.Conclusion:The mental support problem of empty-nesters cannot be ignored.It requires the cooperation of the elderly themselves,their children and the community to build a multi-subject supply model.
