摘 要:构建了采用D型集流管的微通道平行流气冷器模型,分析了结构参数对超临界CO_(2)在其内流量分配性能和压降的影响。涉及参数有扁管长度、宽度、微通道孔径以及与集流管的组合深度等。结果表明,在本文计算范围内,扁管微通道孔径、扁管与进出口集流管组合深度和集流管进口雷诺数对气冷器流量总分配不均匀度的影响较大,扁管长度和间距对其影响相对较小。对于本文研究的气冷器,建议微通道孔径不小于0.7mm,扁管与集流管组合深度应取T=0。A model of micro-channel parallel flow gas cooler with D-shaped header was constructed.The impact of different structural parameters on flow distribution and pressure drop of supercritical CO_(2) in the gas cooler was studied.These factors are flat tube length,flat tube spacing,microchannel diameter of flat tube,combination depth of flat tube inlet and outlet.The results show that,in this paper,the microchannel diameter of flat tube,the combination depth of inlet and outlet of flat tube and header,the inlet Reynolds number of headers have large influence on flow distribution nonuniformity of the gas cooler.However,the influence of flat tube length and flat tube spacing is relatively small.For the gas coolers studied in this paper,it is recommended that the diameter of microchannel should not be less than 0.7 mm and the combined depth of the flat tube and the header should be T=0.
