摘 要:本文研究了开放空间内的直流电场对甲烷稀燃预混钝体旋流火焰结构的影响。施加电场后,火焰面向上游移动,火焰面之间的夹角增大。电场能够提高钝体旋流火焰中上部分的火焰面褶皱率,从而提高湍流火焰速度,但是对根部火焰面结构没有影响。电场对最大火焰面密度没有明显作用,而是通过提高火焰刷厚度提高湍流火焰速度。预混气当量比和燃烧器出口平均速度能够影响电场作用强度。当量比越低,出口平均速度越高,电场的作用越不明显。电场对钝体旋流火焰根部结构影响较弱,且在临近吹熄工况下电场流体动力学作用很弱,对钝体旋流火焰的稀燃吹熄极限没有明显影响。In this paper,the influence of direct current electric field on the flame structure of a lean premixed bluff-body swirl burner is studied.When the electric field is applied,the flame front moves upstream and the angle between the flame surfaces increases.The electric field can increase the wrinkling ratio of the upper part of the bluff body swirling flame,thus increasing the turbulent flame speed.However,it has no obvious effect on the structure of the flame surface at the root.The electric field has no obvious effect on the maximum flame surface density,but increases the turbulent flame speed by increasing the thickness of the flame brush.The equivalence ratio of premixed gas and the average velocity of burner outlet can afect the electric field strength.The decrease of equivalence ratio and increase of the exit average velocity will reduce the effect of electric field.The effect of electric field on the root of bluff body swirl flame is weak,and the effect of electric field on the hydrodynamics is weak near the blow off condition,which has no obvious effect on the blow off limit for bluff body swirl flame.
