摘 要:4种方法丝光羊毛中效果最好的是高锰酸钾法,但丝光羊毛的染色黄变稳定性差。采用3种染色工艺对丝光羊毛进行染色,发现低温染色时羊毛仍有较高的K/S值和上染率(或固色率)。降低染色温度可有效减轻丝光对羊毛的损伤,保护羊毛性能。实验结果说明:鳞片层的剥除对羊毛黄变有很大影响,降低染色温度能有效控制丝光羊毛在染色中的黄变现象。The best effect of the treatment of wool by four mercerizing processes was potassium permanganate method,but the yellow color of mercerized wool was poor.The wool was dyed by three dyeing methods.It was found that the wool still had higher K/S value and dye up rate(or fixation rate)when dyeing at low temperature.Reducing the dyeing temperature could effectively reduce the damage of mercerization to wool and protect the properties of wool.The results showed that the peeling of scale layer had a great influence on the yellowing of wool,and the yellowing of mercerized wool could be controlled by reducing dyeing temperature.
