新型阻燃剂在涤棉70/30针织布上的应用性能

摘　　要：两种新型有机磷阻燃剂1#、2#与交联剂3#复配,并对涤棉70/30针织布进行阻燃整理。探讨了影响阻燃效果的因素,得出阻燃整理优化工艺为:1#50 g/L,2#350 g/L,3#320 g/L,焙烘温度165℃,焙烘时间2.5 min。整理织物的经向损毁长度为108 mm,纬向损毁长度为109 mm;经20次水洗后,经向损毁长度为114 mm,纬向损毁长度为118 mm,仍可达到GB/T 8965—2009《防护服装阻燃防护》中的C级,具有优良的阻燃性和耐久性。Two new organic phosphorus flame retardants 1#and 2#were compounded with crosslinking agent 3#,and the flame retardant finishing of polyester/cotton 70/30 knitted fabric was carried out.The factors affecting the flame retardant effect were discussed,and the optimized process of flame retardant finishing was as follows:1#50 g/L,2#350 g/L,3#320 g/L,baking temperature 165℃,baking time 2.5 min.After finishing the fabric,the warp damage length was 108 mm and the weft damage length was 109 mm.After 20 times of washing,the warp damage length was 114 mm and the weft damage length was 118 mm,which could still reach class C in GB/T 8965—2009 Flame Retardant Protection of Protective Clothing,indicating that it had excellent flame retardancy and durability.
