摘　　要：牛仔面料除了要控制颜色外,还要控制面料的水洗风格。原纱规格、染助剂批号、环境温湿度、季节、染液pH、保险粉用量、杂质、染液温度、纱线张力、轧车压力、导辊硬度等都对色光和水洗风格有很大影响。从原纱控制、染色工艺控制、大货生产前的试样管理、设备管理以及样纱管理5个方面逐步分析如何进行精细化的生产管理。In addition to controlling the color of denim fabrics,it is also necessary to control the washing style of the fabric.Raw yarn specifications,dye auxiliaries batch number,ambient temperature and humidity,seasons,dye solution pH,sousson powder dosage,impurities,dye solution temperature,yarn tension,rolling pressure,guide roller hardness,etc.,all have great effects on color light and washing style.From the five aspects of raw yarn control,dyeing process control,sample management before mass production,equipment management and sample yarn management,how to carry out refined production management step by step was analyzed.
