摘　　要：结合土木工程行业发展需求和土木工程工作岗位的要求,以河北科技师范学院为例,对土木工程专业系统化发展,从“准确定位专业目标、科学构建课程体系、优化创新教学方法、认真打造教学团队、拓展整合实践教学、健全教学质量保障制度”等六个方面进行探讨和研究。Taking Hebei Normal University of Science&Technology as an example,the systematic development of civil engineering specialty was studied from accurately positioning professional goal,scientifically constructing course system,optimizing innovation teaching methods,carefully cultivating teaching team,expanding and integrating practice teaching,and improving teaching quality guarantee system,to meet the development needs of civil engineering industry and the requirements of civil engineering jobs.
