摘  要:以十二烯、二苯醚和发烟硫酸为原料,固体超强酸SO4-/ZrO2为烷基化催化剂,经烷基化、磺化及中和反应制备单十二烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠(C_(12)-MADS)和双十二烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠(C_(12)-DADS),并采用高效液相色谱、电喷雾质谱进行表征。测试十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、C_(12)-MADS、C_(12)-DADS的耐酸碱性、平衡表面张力、与阳离子表面活性剂复配体系的稳定性及界面张力等。结果表明:C_(12)-MADS的耐酸碱性高于LAS和C_(12)-DADS;C_(12)-DADS的临界胶束浓度(cmc)最低,LAS在cmc处的表面张力最低;C_(12)-MADS/DTAC复配体系的稳定性优于LAS/DTAC和C_(12)-DADS/DTAC;LAS/DTAC复配质量比为8/2时,平衡界面张力最低,可以达到10-3 mN/m数量级。Monoalkylated diphenyl ether disulfonates(C_(12)-MADS)and dialkylated diphenyl ether disulfonates(C_(12)-DADS)were synthesized by dodecene and diphenyl oxide through alkylation using the hybrid solid acid as catalyst,sulfonation and neutralization reaction.The products were characterized by HPLC and ESIMS.The acid and alkali resistance,surface tension of LAS,C_(12)-MADS and C_(12)-DADS and the solution stability and interfacial tension of the complex system of LAS,C_(12)-MADS and C_(12)-DADS with cationic surfactant were studied.The results showed that the acid and alkali resistance of C_(12)-MADS were better than that of LAS and C_(12)-MADS.The critical micelle concentration(cmc)of C_(12)-DADS was the lowest,and the surface tension at cmc of LAS was the lowest.The solution stability of C_(12)-MADS/DTAC was higher than that of LAS/DTAC and C_(12)-DADS/DTAC.When the mass ratio of LAS/DTAC complex system was 8/2,the interfacial tension was the lowest,which could reach the order of 10-3 mN/m.
