摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法、水热法制备Ag-TiO_(2)整理棉织物,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、紫外-可见光分光光度计表征样品结构和形貌。结果表明,Ag-TiO_(2)成功附着于棉织物表面,Ag以Ag0、Ag2O形式混合存在,棉织物UPF值和紫外线透过率分别为98.6、0.8%,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为94.8%、93.1%,抗紫外能力和抑菌活性较好。Ag-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric were prepared by sol-gel and hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of prepared Ag-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The result showed that Ag-TiO_(2)attached to cotton fabric successfully,Ag0 and Ag2O coexist on Ag-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric.The UPF value and transmittance were 98.6 and 0.8%,and the antibacterial rate of Ag-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric against E.coli and S.aureus were 94.8%and 93.1%,respectively.Ag-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric had excellent anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial performance.
