摘　　要：基于中国人民解放军总医院、北京大学人民医院等18家医院,以《围术期数据规范》为依据,探索医疗大数据时代围术期多中心数据中心的建设与应用。利用数据摆渡的技术方式,规避了医院安全隐患,实现了各医院围术期医疗数据的整合、共享,形成了患者医疗数据与随访数据结合的完整数据链。Based on 18 hospitals including the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital and Peking University People's Hospital,and based on the"Specifications for Perioperative Data",explore the construction and application of perioperative multi-center data centers in the era of medical big data.The use of data ferry technology avoids hidden safety hazards in hospitals,realizes the integration and sharing of perioperative medical data of various medical institutions,and forms a complete data chain combining patient medical data and follow-up data.
