要素配置视角下生产性服务业与城乡融合发展——基于空间杜宾模型的分析

摘　　要：生产性服务业具有加速资本等要素流动、优化资源配置、推进产业链延伸和创新溢出等作用,在促进城乡融合上具有潜在的巨大影响。本文运用2005—2018年中国30个省份面板数据,基于空间杜宾模型从要素配置出发分析中国生产性服务业与城乡融合发展情况,结果表明:中国各地区城乡融合水平在空间上存在显著的空间依赖;生产性服务业中的劳动投入、资本投入、技术投入存在正向的溢出效应,能够显著促进本地区城乡融合发展水平,而且劳动要素投入能够通过空间溢出效应显著加快周边地区城乡融合发展;资本投入对城乡融合发展水平的影响要强于劳动投入和技术投入;生产性服务业中要素投入存在显著的空间溢出,且区域间的溢出效应大于区域内。Producer services can accelerate the flow of capital and other elements,optimize the allocation of resources,promote the extension of the industrial chain and innovation spillover,which have a great potential impact on promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2018 and the spatial Durbin model,this paper analyzes the development of producer services and urban-rural integration in China from the perspective of factor allocation,and the results show that:There is a significant spatial dependence on the level of urban-rural integration in China.The labor input,capital investment,and technology input in the industrial service industry has positive spillover effects,which can significantly promote the development of urban-rural integration.Moreover,the input of labor factors can significantly accelerate the development of urban-rural integration in surrounding areas through spatial spillover effect.labor factor input can significantly accelerate the development of urban-rural integration in surrounding areas through spatial spillover effect.The impact of capital investment on the development of urban-rural integration is stronger than that of labor and technology.There is a significant spatial spillover of factor inputs in the producer service industry,and the spillover effect between regions is greater than that within regions.
