摘  要:基于扎哈淖尔露天矿轮斗连续系统实际生产中遇到的问题,以系统移设为背景,对于是否继续沿用轮斗连续系统进行了分析,将其与间断剥离工艺在生产成本及新增投资方面进行对比;研究了轮斗连续系统平面空间布置方式,结合地质赋存及生产中其它不利条件,分析了实施降水平布置的最佳时期。结果表明:与间断工艺相比,轮斗连续系统单位成本最低,且移设新增投资回收期最大为2.98a,继续采用轮斗连续系统经济合理;结合最终布置方案选择,证明通过改变轮斗连续工艺系统空间布置方式可实现系统效率提升,且新的布置方案利于露天矿生产。On account of the problems in actual production of the BWE continuous system in Zhahanao’er Open-pit Mine,the system shift as is taken as background to analyze whether or not proceed with continuous system,through comparing with discontinuous stripping in production cost and new investment;the plane space arrangement of BWE continuous system is studied,and the best time for downgrade level layout is analyzed combining with the geological occurrence and adverse conditions in production practice. The results show that,compared with the discontinuous technology,unit cost of the BWE continuous system is the lower,the maximum payback period of the new investment in shifting is 2. 98 years,it is economical and reasonable to continue with BWE continuous system;and the effect of the final layout scheme proves that the system efficiency can be improved by changing the space arrangement of the BWE continuous system,and the new layout scheme is advantageous to the mine production.
