摘  要:针对乌东煤矿+600水平43^(#)煤层开采时发生的火灾事故,对急倾斜特厚煤层水平分层开采方式的致火原因进行分析,为了快速、有效的完成灭火,提出了地表堵漏、地面注浆与火区注氮配合的灭火体系。通过现场实测和COMSOL数值模拟软件对综合灭火措施效果进行了分析,结果表明:采取综合灭火措施后,密闭区内O_(2)浓度最终稳定在1%左右、CO最终稳定在0.013%左右,开采分层处风流分布的区域减小,煤矿无发生的火灾危险,说明综合灭火措施对于急倾斜特厚煤层的灭火具有显著效果。In view of the fire accident occurred during the mining of the +600 level 43^(#)coal seam in Wudong Coal Mine,cause of the fire in horizontal slicing mining of steeply inclined and extra-thick coal seams was analyzed. And a fire extinguishing system was proposed,comprising sealing and grouting on the surface and nitrogen injection in the fire area. The effects of the comprehensive fire extinguishing measures were analyzed through field measurements and COMSOL numerical simulations. The results showed that,after taking the comprehensive fire extinguishing measures,O_(2) concentration in the airtight area finally stabilized at about 1%,and the CO eventually stabilized at about 0. 013%. The air current distribution area is reduced and the fire hazard was eliminated in the coal mine,which indicated the comprehensive fire extinguishing measures were effective for steeply inclined and extra-thick coal seams.
