摘 要:针对矿山提升系统存在安全隐患,基于提升机现场使用情况及安全现状,设计出针对提升机提升系统的松绳保护系统,该装置能准确地、实时地检测提升机钢丝绳在运行和停止时的状态,提升机在运行过程中,出现松绳状况,装置将通过无线发射装置将数据传送给提升机电控系统做处理,实现及时发现问题并进行快速处理的目的,提高了矿山提升系统的安全性和可靠性。Aiming at the potential safety hazard of mine hoist system,we designed a loose rope protection system for mine hoist according to the on-site application and safety condition. The system can accurately detect the state of the wire rope in real-time,in both operation and stopping status. If the rope loosens during operation,the system will instantly detect the situation and transmit the data to electrical control system of the mine hoist through its wireless transmitter,so the problem can be spotted in time and quickly dealt with,thus to improve the safety and reliability of the mine hoist system.
