摘  要:为探讨双氰胺(dicyandiamide,DCD)对猪场污水资源化利用前处理的影响,采用双氰胺作为硝化抑制剂,将猪场养殖污水随机分为2组,处理组添加1%双氰胺处理14 d,对照组在其他条件相同的前提下不添加双氰胺,分别测定第0、1、2、3、7、14天各成分的变化,分析其对猪场养殖污水处理进程和各成分的影响。结果表明:经双氰胺处理14 d后,养殖污水中的总氮含量呈上升趋势,从第2天开始处理组较对照组均极显著提高(P<0.01);总磷含量先升高,第2天到达峰值后持续降低,在处理第1天和第3天时与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);钾含量和电导率在整个处理过程中基本不变,且与对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中电导率低于4000μs/cm,符合《有机肥》(NY 525-2012)标准;pH只在处理第1天时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,经1%双氰胺处理后的猪场养殖污水氮含量显著提高,可作为水肥一体化中氮素的潜在资源。This study investigated the effect of dicyandiamide(DCD)on the resource utilization of liquid waste.This research used dicyandiamide as nitrification inhibitor,liquid waste were randomly divided into 2 groups,1%dicyandiamide was added to the liquid waste for 14 days,and the control group was added nothing while other conditions being equal.The changes of each component were measured at day 0,1,2,3,7 and 14 d The results showed that the total nitrogen content in liquid manure showed a rising trend and significantly increased compared with the control group from day 2(P<0.01).The content of phosphorus in liquid waste increased to a peak on day 2 and then decreased,and there were significant differences in the treatment on day 1 and day 3 compared with the control group(P<0.05).The potassium content and electric conductivity remained basically unchanged in the whole process,and there was no significant difference between treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Among them,the electric conductivity was under 4000 s/cm,conforming to the standard of Organic Fertilizer(NY 525-2012).The pH value was significantly higher than that of the control group only at day 1(P<0.05).Therefore,the liquid waste of pig farm contained significantly higher nitrogen after treated with DCD,which could be used as potential resources of nitrogen fertilizer.
