摘 要:为探讨发酵中药对免疫应激肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选用7日龄健康AA肉鸡200只,随机分为5组:对照组(基础日粮)、Ⅰ组(基础日粮+LPS)、Ⅱ组(基础日粮+LPS+1%未发酵中药)、Ⅲ组(基础日粮+LPS+0.5%发酵中药)和Ⅳ组(基础日粮+LPS+1%发酵中药)。除对照组外,其余各组分别于15、17、19、21、23、25、27日龄腹腔注射LPS 100、200、200、250、250、400、400μg/kg,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。最后一次注射后24 h采集血液,测定日增重、料重比、新城疫抗体效价、免疫器官指数、免疫球蛋白和细胞因子。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,Ⅰ组肉鸡的平均日增重显著下降(P<0.05);血清中IgM和IgG浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。(2)与Ⅰ组相比,中药组肉鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);中药组新城疫抗体效价显著提高(P<0.05);中药组脾脏指数和法氏囊指数显著提高(P<0.05)。研究结果显示,饲料中添加一定量的复方中药能够有效缓解LPS应激对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,发酵中药优于未发酵中药。To investigate the effects of fermented Chinese medicine on growth performance and immune function of broilers in immune stress,200 healthy 7-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into control group(basal diet),groupⅠ(basal diet+LPS),groupⅡ(basal diet+LPS+1%unfermented Chinese medicine),groupⅢ(basal diet+LPS+0.5%fermented Chinese medicine),and groupⅣ(basal diet+LPS+1%fermented Chinese medicine),respectively.Except the control group,the remaining groups were injected intraperitoneally with LPS at days 15,17,19,21,23,25,27 and the LPS concentrations were 100,200,200,250,250,400 and 400μg/kg,respectively,while the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline.Blood was collected 24 hours after the last injection and average daily gain,the ratio of feed to gain,ND antibody titer,immune organ index,immunoglobulin and cytokines were measured.The results showed:(1)compared with the control group,average daily gain significantly decreased in groupⅠ(P<0.05),IgM and IgG content significantly increased in LPS stress group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with LPS stress group,average daily gain significantly increased in Chinese medicine groups(P<0.05),ND antibody titer significantly increased in Chinese medicine groups(P<0.05),the spleen and bursal index significantly increased in Chinese medicine groups(P<0.05).These results indicated that the supplementation of Chinese medicine in the basal diet can effectively relieve the effects LPS stress on growth performance and immune function of broilers,the fermented Chinese medicine is better than the unfermented Chinese medicine.
