摘　　要：草原的价值具有多元化特征,这种多元化特征决定了对草原价值的开发利用也必须具有全方位的理念。目前我国草原退化严重,草原生态环境也同时出现了持续恶化的基本态势,而草原资源的不合理开发利用正是导致这一局面发生最直接的原因之一。当今世界的发展应该是人与自然相和谐的可持续发展,而草原价值的多元化利用则是维护草原可持续利用的根本途径。只有将草原的资源、生态和社会价值统筹考虑,并以草原生态价值的基本属性为草原价值开发的先决条件,草原才能以其最大的价值内涵回馈于人类社会。The grassland value has diversified characteristics which determine the comprehensive concept and a full range of ideas for grassland development and utilization.At present,the deterioration of grassland as well as ecological environment is serious in China,mainly resulting from irrational and unreasonable exploitation of grassland resources.The development of today's world should be the harmonious and sustainable development of human and nature,and diversified utilization of grassland is the fundamental solution to maintain the sustainable use of grassland.The resource value,ecological value and social value of grassland should be taken into consideration,and the basic properties of grassland ecological value should be regarded as the prerequisite of grassland development,so that the grassland give maximum value to human society in return.
