摘 要:目的:观察PBL教学法在2020年1月-12月参加麻醉科临床实习的160名本科医学生中的应用效果。方法:比较接受PBL模式和传统教学的医学生对麻醉医学的学习兴趣、学习效率、临床技能、理论知识、分析和解决问题的能力及出科考试成绩。结果:接受PBL模式的麻醉科实习生提高学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高临床技能、提高理论知识、提高问题分析和解决能力的比例、出科成绩中的总分、口试分数、笔试分数、临床技能分数均显著高于接受传统教学的学生【87.5%比58.75%,χ^(2)=16.82,P<0.05;88.75%比63.75%,χ^(2)=13.81,P<0.05;85%比52.5%,χ^(2)=19.67,P<0.05;88.75%比50%,χ^(2)=28.27,P<0.05;91.25%比57.5%,χ^(2)=23.91,P<0.05;(87.43±9.23)比(74.55±8.65),t=6.522,P<0.05;(16.87±2.98)比(13.25±2.53),t=4.225,P<0.05;(45.68±5.77)比(41.53±5.66),t=5.562,P<0.05;(24.88±3.55)比(19.77±3.31),t=5.544,P<0.05】。结论:PBL模式在麻醉医学教学中取得了良好效果,具有很高的临床教学推广价值。Objective:To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method in 160 undergraduate medical students who participated in clinical practice in the Department of Anesthesiology from January to December in 2020.Methods:Interest in study,learning efficiency,clinical skills,theoretical knowledge,ability in analyzing and solving problems and exam scores in students accepted PBL model and traditional teaching were compared.Results:Proportion of high interest,learning efficiency,clinical skills,theoretical knowledge,ability in problem analysis and solving,the total score,oral test score,written test score and clinical skills score in PBL group were significantly higher than in those who accepted traditional model[87.5%vs 58.75%,χ^(2)=16.82,P<0.05;88.75%vs 63.75%,χ^(2)=13.81,P<0.05;85%vs 52.5%,χ^(2)=19.67,P<0.05;88.75%vs 50%,χ^(2)=28.27,P<0.05;91.25%vs 57.5%,χ^(2)=23.91,P<0.05;(87.43±9.23)vs(74.55±8.65),t=6.522,P<0.05;(16.87±2.98)vs(13.25±2.53),t=4.225,P<0.05;(45.68±5.77)vs(41.53±5.66),t=5.562,P<0.05;(24.88±3.55)vs(19.77±3.31),t=5.544,P<0.05].Conclusion:PBL model may enhance educational effectiveness and have a high value of clinical teaching promotion in education of Anesthesiology.
