摘　　要：艺术院校大学生是大学生中的一类特殊群体,他们个性鲜明、思维活跃、自我意识强,但是行为自觉性与自律性较差,更容易产生心理问题,这对艺术院校大学生心理工作提出了新的考验。该文剖析了艺术院校大学生的心理特点,提出团体心理辅导形式灵活、内容丰富,能够创设一个微型环境,迎合艺术院校大学生的兴趣点,让其在团队中探索自己与他人相处的方式。进而,该文结合实际应用案例,详细阐释了团体心理辅导在新生入校心理筛查和心理适应教育、毕业生就业压力管理、辅导员压力管理等艺术院校学生工作中的应用方式。Art college students are a special group of college students with distinctive personality,active thinking,and strong self-awareness,but their behavioral awareness and self-discipline are poor,and they are more likely to have psychological problems.This brings new challenges to the psychological work for art college students.This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of art college students,and proposes that group counseling is flexible and rich in content,and it can create a micro-environment that caters to the interests of art college students and allows them to explore their own ways of getting along with others in a team.Furthermore,this paper combines practical application cases to explain in detail the application methods of group counseling in the student work of art colleges and universities,such as psychological screening and psychological adaptation education for freshmen,management of graduates’employment pressure,and management of counselors’pressure.
