摘 要:职前英语教师技能培养是满足基础教育教学一线“零适应期”要求的必然要求和重要举措,对提高中小学英语教育专业人才培养质量和水平具有重要意义。该文以需求导向理论为视角,以中小学英语教学一线需求为逻辑起点,分析职前英语教师技能培养存在的问题,从工学结合、满足岗位需求的角度提出优化职前英语教师技能培养模式的对策建议。The cultivation of teaching skills of pre-service English teachers is an inevitable requirement and important measure to meet the“zero adaptation period”requirement for the front-line of basic education and teaching,and it is of great importance to improve the quality and level of the training of English education professionals for elementary and secondary schools.In the view of demand orientation theory,this paper,starting with analyzing the problems of teaching skills of preservice English teachers,promotes the strategies of optimizing the cultivation of teaching skills of pre-service English teachers from the points of combining work with learning and satisfying job requirements.
