泻肝清心汤治疗心肝火旺型新发青年原发性高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察泻肝清心汤治疗心肝火旺型新发青年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将60例符合纳入标准的患者分为泻肝清心汤治疗组与中成药(松龄血脉康胶囊+全天麻胶囊)对照组,比较2组临床总有效率、收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分变化及安全性等。结果治疗组临床总有效率93.3%,对照组临床总有效率86.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分均有降低,治疗组在急躁易怒、心悸心烦、不寐等症状改善方面均优于对照组。2组均无不良反应。结论泻肝清心汤治疗心肝火旺型新发青年原发性高血压有效、安全,疗效优于中成药对照组。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiegan Qingxin Decoction in the treatment of young people with primary hypertension of flourishing upward of heart-liver fire type.Methods 60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into Xiegan Qingxin Decoction treatment group and Chinese patent medicine(Songling Xuemaikang Capsule+Quantianma Capsule)control group by random number table method.The total clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,the changes of TCM syndrome scores and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores of both groups were effectively reduced,the treatment group in improving hot temper,palpitation,irritability,insomnia and other symptoms was better than the control group.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Xiegan Qingxin Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of primary hypertension in young people of heart and liver fire flourishing type,and the curative effect is better than Chinese patent medicine group.
