库尔勒及周边不同品种桑椹理化指标及抗氧化性研究

摘　　要：随着检测技术的发展及进步,近年来对桑椹的营养成分、总黄酮、总多酚、多糖、挥发性成分、抗氧化能力等方面的研究均有进展;通过对库尔勒市、阿瓦提农场、英下乡等不同地区不同品种桑椹资源的生物学特征、总糖、叶绿素、总酚、总黄酮及清除羟基自由基、清除DPPH自由基、总还原力进行研究。结果表明,阿瓦提农场中黑桑资源各项指标均优于其他品种,为今后桑椹果实资源开发和利用提供了方向。With the development and progress of detection technology,multiple studies on mulberry resources in recent years have made progress in the nutritional components,total flavonoids,total polyphenols,polysaccharides,,volatile components,antioxidant capacity and other aspects.This article through to Korla,Ava farms,the British countryside of different varieties of mulberry resources in different areas such as biology,total sugar,chlorophyll,total phenol,total flavonoids and remove hydroxyl radicals,removal of DPPH,total reducing power,learned that Ava to farm in black mulberry resources the indicators were better than the other varieties,mulberry fruit development and utilization of resources to provide for the future.
