摘　　要：黑果枸杞是一种特有的野生植物资源,含有丰富的多糖、花色苷、黄酮和多酚等多种活性成分和氨基酸、矿物质等营养成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳及抗炎等作用,被广泛用于药品和食品中。对黑果枸杞中的活性成分及其作用进行了综述,为黑果枸杞中活性成分的深入研究及功能性食品开发提供参考。Lycium barbarum Murr.is a unique wild plant resources,rich in polysaccharides,anthocyanins,flavones and pol-yphenols and other active ingredients and amino acids,minerals and other nutrients,with antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue and anti-inflammatory effects,widely applied in drugs and food.In this paper,the active ingredients and their func-tions of Lycium barbarum Murr.were reviewed,which would provide reference for the further study of the active ingredients in Lycium barbarum Murr.and the development of functional food.
