全程护理在Graves病合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察全程护理在Graves病(GD)合并甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取76例GD合并甲亢患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用全程护理,比较两组治疗依从率、护理前后疾病知识掌握程度评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分。结果:护理后,观察组疾病知识掌握程度评分和SF-36评分均高于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从率为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用全程护理可提高GD合并甲亢患者的治疗依从率、疾病知识掌握程度评分和生命质量评分,以及降低负性情绪评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of whole course nursing in patients with Graves disease(GD)complicated with hyperthyroidism.Methods:76 GD patients complicated with hyperthyroidism were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group received the whole course nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment compliance rate,the disease knowledge mastery score before and after the nursing,the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,the depression self-rating scale(SDS)score and the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the disease knowledge mastery score and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the compliance rate of the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 76.32%(29/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the whole course nursing can improve the treatment compliance rate,the disease knowledge mastery score and the quality of life score of the patients with GD complicated with hyperthyroidism,and reduce the negative emotion score.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
