大学生社会支持在生活应激源和应激反应间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解大学生生活应激源与应激反应的关系,分析社会支持在生活应激源与应激反应之间的作用,为大学生心理健康教育与咨询工作提供依据。方法采用生活应激源量表、应激反应量表和社会支持量表于2018年10月对宝鸡文理学院1 394名大学生进行测试,并对数据进行分析。结果生活应激源总指数与应激反应总指数呈高度正相关(r=0.715,P<0.01),生活应激源总指数与社会支持总指数(r=-0.258,P<0.01)、应激反应总指数与社会支持总指数(r=-0.257,P <0.01)之间均呈显著负相关。生活应激源、社会支持与应激反应的结构方程模型理想(各项拟合指标均在0.96以上,RMSEA=0.024<0.05)。社会支持的部分中介效应显著,中介效应结构的总预测率为66%,达到了显著性水平。结论大学生生活应激源不仅能直接预测应激反应,也能通过社会支持间接预测应激反应。Objective To understand the relationship between life stress source and stress response of college students,explore the intermediary role of social support between life stress source and stress response,and provide theoretical reference for mental health education and consultation for college students. Methods The life-stress source scale,stress response and the social support scale were used to measure 1 394 students in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in October 2018. And the data were analyzed.Results The total index of life stress source was significantly positively correlated with the total index of stress response(r=0.715,P<0.01),while total index of life stress was negatively correlated with the total index of social support(r=-0.258,P<0.01),and the the total index of stress response was negatively correlated with the total index of social support(r=-0.257,P<0.01). The structural equation model of life stress source,social support and stress response was ideal(all fitting indexes were above 0.96,RMSEA=0.024<0.05). The partial intermediary effect of social support was significant,and the total prediction rate of intermediary effect structure was 66%,reaching a significant level. Conclusion The life stress source of college students can not only predict the stress response directly,but also predict the stress response indirectly through social support.
