摘  要:在小电流接地电网中发生单相间歇性电弧接地故障的情况下,故障定位的难度较大,而传统的扰动信号方法对于间歇性电弧接地的处理能力不足。通过分析间歇性电弧燃弧及熄灭过程的特点,以及扰动信号对于电弧燃烧过程的影响,提出应在电弧燃烧时加入扰动信号的改进方法。利用多尺度小波变换对故障相电压信号进行分解,记录电压突变点,利用电压突变次数辨识间歇性电弧并捕捉电弧重燃时刻,利用快速电力电子开关实现扰动信号的快速投入。仿真结果证明了所提改进方法的有效性。The fault location is a challenge in the situation of single-phase intermittent arc grounding faultin neutral point non-effectively grounded system,which bothers the operation department.The traditional technology based on parallel resistance disturbed signal injection is not valid any more.Through analyzing the process of ignition and extinction of intermittent arc and the influence of disturbed signal to arc,this paper propose a new method of injecting disturbed signal when arc igniting.The multi-scale wavelet transform is used to decompose the fault phase voltage,record the voltage abrupt point,identify the intermittent arc with the number of voltage abrupt times and capture the re-ignition moment of the arc.By using the fast power electronic switch the rapid injection of the disturbed signal will be realized.Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed improved method.
