摘　　要：为满足电厂运行绩效指标体系业务需求,开发了基于数据治理框架的数据中台,并探讨了数据治理的内容、框架设计及应用特点。基于实时数据治理平台给出电厂运行绩效指标体系的构建方案,并以某电厂磨煤机运行绩效管理为例,阐述构建磨煤机绩效指标得分的拆解组合过程。应用结果表明,该绩效指标得分能够客观反映运行人员节能降耗水平,其计算逻辑也能作为运行指导准则提升运行水平。绩效指标投运后,磨煤机单耗月均值显著下降;同类工况的磨煤机耗电率下降约0.1百分点,磨煤机单耗下降2~3 kW·h/t;值际人员绩效得分趋势也反映了各值磨煤机能耗调控水平。In order to satisfy the business requirements of power plant operation performance index system,the data middle platform based on data governance framework is developed.The content,framework design and application characteristics of data governance are discussed.Based on the real-time data governance platform,the construction scheme of power plant operation performance index system is discussed.Taking the operation performance management of coal mill group as an example,the disassembly and combination process of the coal mill performance index score construction is expounded.The application results show that,the score of the performance index can objectively reflect the energy saving and consumption reduction level of operators.The calculation logic of the index can also be used as the operation guideline to improve the operation level.The average monthly unit consumption of coal mill decreases significantly.Under the same working condition,the power consumption rate of coal mill decreases by about 0.1percentage point,and the single consumption of coal mill decreases by 2~3 kW·h/t.The trend of staff performance score also reflects the regulation level of coal mill energy consumption of each duty.
