摘 要:针对大型超(超)临界煤粉锅炉受热面布置和分级燃烧的特点,在苏联1973年锅炉机组热力计算标准中分区计算方法的基础上,提出一种改进的分区计算方法,建立新的一维炉膛换热模型。该模型将炉膛从冷灰斗底部到折焰角分成Ⅰ—Ⅴ5个区段,建立各区段的能量平衡方程。采用C语言编程,利用渐次逼近法迭代计算,能够得到沿炉膛高度方向上的烟气温度分布变化趋势和各区段的水冷壁热负荷。以某超临界600 MW机组煤粉锅炉为例,进行了炉膛传热计算。结果表明:改进的分区计算方法在3种典型工况下得到的炉膛出口烟温与设计值的偏差均小于零维模型计算的偏差。该模型满足工程应用的要求,可为超(超)临界机组锅炉炉膛传热计算提供参考。In view of the characteristics of heating surface layout and staged combustion of large-scale ultra-super critical pulverized coal boiler,based on the divisional calculation method in the Soviet Union’s 1973 boiler unit thermal calculation standard,an improved partition calculation method is proposed and a new one-dimensional furnace heat transfer model is established.In this model,the furnace is divided into five sections from the bottom of the cold ash hopper to the furnace arch,and the energy balance equation of each section is established.By using the gradual approximation method to calculate with C language programming,the temperature distribution along the height of the furnace and the heat load of the water wall can be obtained.Taking a 600 MW supercritical pulverized coal boiler as an example,the furnace heat transfer calculation is carried out.The deviation of the furnace outlet temperature from the design value obtained by the improved partition calculation method under the three typical working conditions is less than the error calculated by the zero-dimensional model.The improved partition method has smaller errors.The model meets the requirements of engineering applications and can provide a reference for the calculation of heat transfer in the furnace of an ultra-super boiler.
