摘 要:平谷大桃,被冠誉为“中国国家地理标志产品”,作为北京市的特色水果,是市民夏季主要食用的水果之一。近年来,针对平谷大桃采后保鲜的研究一直备受关注,各类贮藏技术也竞相出现。但是,平谷大桃尚未形成从果园采收到市场销售完整系统的贮运体系,目前新兴贮藏保鲜技术还停留在实验室阶段,未能应用于实际生产。综述平谷大桃的采后生理特点,以及贮运现状和新技术,对未来平谷大桃产业链整合升级进行展望。Pinggu peach is known as the“Products of National Geographic symbol of China”.It's a characteristic fruit in Beijing and one of the main fruits that citizens enjoy in summer.In recent years,the research on postharvest storage of Pinggu peach has attracted much attention and various new technologies have also emerged.However,the whole system of storage and transportation has not been formed in the process from orchard collection to marketing,the new storage technology only works in the laboratory and cannot be applied to the actual production at present.The postharvest physiological characteristics,storage and transportation status and new technology of Pinggu peach were reviewed in this paper,and forecasted the integration and upgrading of Pinggu peach industry chain.
