摘  要:[目的]探求在实验动物中内源性睾酮水平是否可以定性或者定量用于非损伤性方法检测。[方法]通过酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)对家兔和大鼠血样与尿样中的内源性睾酮进行测定分析,确定内源性睾酮水平在血样和尿样中的相关性。[结果]内源性睾酮含量在家兔、大鼠血样和尿样中的相关系数分别为0.582和0.370,家兔血样睾酮水平明显低于尿样(P=0.05)。[结论]在实验动物家兔和大鼠中,尿样内源性睾酮水平可以在一定程度上反映血样中的水平,但相关性较弱,应该慎重考虑用尿样替代血样定性监测两物种的内源性睾酮水平。[Objective]To determine whether the level of endogenous testosterone in the laboratory animals can be qualitatively or quantitatively detected by non-invasive methods.[Method]The endogenous testosterone in blood and urine samples of rabbits and rats was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),to determine the correlation between endogenous testosterone levels in blood and urine samples.[Result]The correlation coefficients of endogenous testosterone in blood and urine were 0. 582 and 0. 370,respectively. The level of testosterone in the blood samples of the rabbits was significantly lower than that of the urine samples(P = 0. 05).[Conclusion]The level of endogenous testosterone in the urine samples of the laboratory rabbits and rats could reflect that in the blood samples to a certain extent,but the correlation is weak. The use of urine instead of blood to qualitatively monitor endogenous testosterone levels in both species should be carefully considered.
