摘  要:针对X65MO钢级Φ273 mm×12.7 mm规格HFW焊管纵向屈强比过高的问题,研究了退火处理对其组织及性能的影响。结果显示:退火温度低于奥氏体化温度时,纵向屈强比下降幅度较小,均匀延伸率上升明显;当退火温度进入两相区温度,随着退火温度的升高,屈服强度显著下降,抗拉强度则有所上升,进而屈强比下降,均匀延伸率上升。研究表明,通过精确控制退火温度区间,可获得适中的强度和屈强比。Aiming at the problem that the longitudinal yield ratio of X65MOΦ273 mm×12.7 mm HFW welded pipe is too high,the effect of annealing treatment on its microstructure and properties is studied.The results show that when the annealing temperature is lower than the austenitizing temperature,the longitudinal yield ratio decreases slightly and the uniform elongation increases obviously.When the annealing temperature is in the two-phase region,with the increase of annealing temperature increases,the yield strength decreases significantly,the tensile strength increases,then the yield strength ratio decreases,and the uniform elongation increases.By controlling the annealing temperature range accurately,the moderate strength and yield strength ratio can be obtained.
