摘  要:为了研究不同化学成分对热煨弯管性能的影响,通过力学性能和显微组织分析,对比了2种化学成分的X80钢级Φ1422 mm×35.2 mm母管经不同弯制工艺热煨后的弯管性能。试验结果表明,母管化学成分组成对弯管力学性能影响较大,当母管化学成分存在差异时,最佳热处理工艺区间有明显差异,并且调质处理获得的组织遗传以及强韧性匹配也截然不同。母管化学成分偏离较大时,容易造成弯管性能匹配性差、工艺调整区间小、生产难度大等问题。In order to study the influence of different chemical compositions on the bending properties,the bending properties of X80Φ1422 mm×35.2 mm main pipe with two chemical compositions were compared by mechanical properties and microstructure analysis after different bending processes.The test results show that the chemical composition of the main pipe has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the bend.When there are differences in the chemical composition of the main pipe,the optimal heat treatment process interval is significantly different,and the tissue genetic and strength and toughness matching obtained by the tempering treatment are also different.When the chemical composition of the main pipe deviates greatly,it is easy to cause problems such as poor performance matching,small process adjustment interval and difficult production.
