摘　　要：针对传统3PE管端涂层打磨机在作业时存在打磨噪音大、材料消耗大、粉尘污染重等问题,利用机加车削工艺原理,设计制作了一套车削装置,并将该装置应用于Φ610 mm~Φ1532 mm的3PE钢管管端涂层处理过程中,能够实现车削过程一键自动完成。现场应用表明,该管端涂层车削装置能有效解决打磨机在作业时存在的问题,提高管端涂层处理质量,改善现场作业环境。In view of the problems of the traditional 3PE pipe end coating grinder,such as high grinding noise,large material consumption and heavy dust pollution,a set of turning device is designed and manufactured by using the principle of machining and turning technology.The device is applied to the coating treatment of 3PE steel pipe ends with diameter ofΦ610 mm~Φ1532 mm,and the whole turning process can be completed automatically with one key.The field application shows that the turning device can effectively solve the problems existing in the operation of the grinder,improve the treatment quality of the pipe end coating,and improve the field operation environment.
