中美经贸变局视域下澳门产业有效多元化的路向——基于国际政治经济学的视角

摘　　要：澳门博彩历史悠久,一度成为澳门的经济支柱,但"超预期的扩张",形成单一产业结构的"马太效应",易受外部因素的影响。文章以国际政治经济视角,结合跨国公司特点和中美关系特点,从当前澳门博彩产业发展现状,考量了美资博彩市场份额扩大可能出现的负面影响;美资博彩公司具有跨国公司共性,为了维护自身利润最大化,通过各种政治行为插入澳门事务。而在当前中美经贸关系处于变局阶段,澳门博彩可持续发展更是成为未知数。因此,澳门需要做到"未雨绸缪",可从博彩旅游内部优化和新兴产业多元化突围两方面促进产业有效多元化,以抗击国际经济秩序变动所带来的影响,维持澳门长期的繁荣与稳定。Macao gambling has a long history and once became the mainstay of Macao’s economy.However,the"expansion beyond expectations"has formed the"Matthew effect"of a single industrial structure,which is easily affected by external factors.From the perspective of international politics and economy,this article combines the characteristics of multinational companies and the characteristics of Sino-US relations,and considers the possible negative effects of the expansion of the US-owned gaming market share from the current development status of Macao’s gaming industry;US-owned gaming companies have the common characteristics of multinational companies,in order to maintain Maximize its own profits and insert Macao affairs through various political actions.As the current Sino-US economic and trade relations are in a phase of change,the sustainable development of Macao’s gaming has become an unknown.Therefore,Macao needs to be"precautionary".It can promote the effective diversification of industries from the two aspects of gambling tourism internal optimization and emerging industry diversification,in order to resist the impact of changes in the international economic order and maintain Macao’s long-term prosperity and stability.
