摘 要:高校科研团队的规模是影响科研团队绩效的关键变量,一定程度的团队规模是完成科研团队任务的基本保证。在改进的Shapley值方法的基础上,构建了基于净Shapley值的科研团队规模测定方法,以动态的视角去分析高校科研团队规模优化的影响因素。研究结果表明,高校科研团队初始规模和团队成员科研效率是影响团队规模的关键因素;在科研团队的构建过程中,有针对性地选择团队成员,是促使科研团队达到最优规模的重要条件。The size of a scientific research team in a university is a key variable affecting the performance of a scientific research team.A certain degree of team size is the basic guarantee for completing the task of a scientific research team.Based on the improved Shapley value method,a measurement method of scientific research team size based on the net Shapley value was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of the optimization of university scientific research team size from a dynamic perspective.The results show that the initial size and the efficiency of the team members are the key factors affecting the team size.In the process of building a scientific research team,the selection of team members is an important condition for the scientific research team to reach the optimal size.
