汉语医患交际中职业身份构建的言语策略及其道德秩序

摘　　要：本文基于汉语医患交际语料,采用Spencer-Oatey的人际协同管理理论和孔子的道德秩序作为理论框架,考察医生在治疗方案协商中使用不同的言语策略构建自我职业身份和实现人际协同。分析发现,医生职业身份构建须符合孔子的道德秩序,即恭、宽、信、敏、惠等主要要素,以形成积极的个人形象、正面的情感站位和礼貌的社会评价。本研究构建了职业身份人际语用机制模式,提供了分析汉语文化语境中身份构建的道德维度和研究范式。Based on a corpus of Chinese doctor-patient interactions,Spencer-Oatey’s rapport management theory and Confucian System of Moral Virtues,this study attempts to capture how doctors employ linguistic strategies to construct their professional identity and achieve interpersonal rapport in treatment discussions.It is found that doctors should follow Confucian moral order to construct their professional identity.The moral order includes five main elements:Reverence,Lenience,Confidence,Diligence and Benevolence.By displaying these moral virtues,doctors can build up for themselves a positive image,show positive emotions and achieve politeness evaluations.Besides,the above findings help establish a pragmatic mechanism for constructing professional identity,which adds a dimension of moral order to the analysis of identity construction in Chinese doctor-patient interactions.
