摘　　要：近年来,互联网技术的迅速发展在起到前所未有推动作用的同时,也带了一系列社会问题,借助网络平台实施的经济犯罪活动大幅度攀升,经济犯罪日益成为主流犯罪,对经济发展和社会稳定造成严重的影响。因此,本文从网络经济犯罪的特点、成因及如何运用大数据开展经侦工作等进行调研分析,以期更有效地指导打击、防范网络经济犯罪实践,提升经侦打击效能。In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has played an unprecedented role in promoting,but also brought a series of social problems.The economic crime activities carried out by the Internet platform have risen greatly,economic crimes have become the mainstream crime increasingly,which has a serious impact on economic development and social stability.Therefore,this paper makes an investigation and analysis from the characteristics,causes and how to use big data to carry out economic investigation,so as to point out the practice of attacking and preventing cyber economic crimes more effectively and improve the effectiveness of the investigation.
